| | | Rosalyn Goh, Events Manager, International Baccalaureate | | "Hands down, Folios have been one of the very best vendor partners that IB Asia Pacific has had, and they were outstanding to work with on our events. They gave easy-to implement suggestions, "larger" recommendations to think about, and more value-add solutions to my attendees. They were on-time, on budget and a true pleasure with which to work. They do what they say they'll do, when they say they'll do it."

| | | Robyn Treyvaud, CyberSafeKids, Melbourne | | I have known David Harris for over 9 years. We worked together on many ICT and multi media projects at Wesley College, Melbourne. He is a committed and professional colleague who has established this business here in Australia but also in Kolkata, India where the team is based. David has used much of his energy and finances to visit schools in the region as well as sponsor the IBAP conferences. He is respected by all who meet him. Since leaving Wesley we have both continued working together on various projects. Folios International built and manage my cybersafekids.com.au web site and have produced both digital and print resources for me in the past. All of which have been outstanding and all receive very positive feedback from users. I also use FolioMaker for various purposes - a presentation tool, a lesson delivery tool, a resource manager as well as a personal portfolio. I have also had the pleasure of getting to know the development team in Kolkata very well. They are enthusiastic, professional, efficient and creative. I have assisted Folios International with the development of the PYP Assessment module as well as the PYP Lesson Planning module for InquirySys and have offered training to some Folios clients. I have also attended a number of IBO conferences as part of the Folios International team and in that capacity have ascertained the needs of educators in schools and how the team can respond with its software solutions. I believe that IBO schools will truly benefit from the customised products and am confident that the knowledge about the IBO programmes that the developers at Folios International have will ensure the quality assurance that is required to maintain the high standards of the organisation.

| | | Helen Petropoulos, Educational Consultant, St Louis, USA | | I absolutely love your upgraded FolioMaker. This is just
what teachers need. Many have so many fears about how they can manage and assess
student work done electronically and this is a wonderful instrument. I have
been playing with it all day today since I downloaded it. I am setting up a
portfolio with actual student work in all subject areas to show teachers what is
possible when I do my next workshop. You are to
be commended for creating such an easy to use and much needed technology tool for
teachers and students. I'll do what I can to promote it as I really see it as a
valuable tool. I wish I knew about it when I was working in the school setting.

| | | Kylie Yeomans, Haileybury College, Melbourne | | | I can't believe how much easier FolioMaker is compared to Power Point. My God, Junior School had it hard in comparison to Middle school. It is definitely a program you would promote. I understand your passion and interest in it now. |

| | | Allison Stekelenburg - Sekolah Global Jaya, Indonesia | | We at SEKOLAH GLOBAL JAYA,
JAKARTA want to make sure that if we implement FolioMaker we are prepared
for any issues....it has taken 2 years to slowly chisel this concept into
management...but the kids (year 4) did a great job of convincing management
and could articulate all the skills that they needed to use to get to
the final product (the portfolio).
We thought it was vital to show management what our students can
do, so we logged a progress report every session we worked with the kids...the
rest was up to the students.
We asked them to present what they have worked on to the school management
team today. The good thing about the presentation was that the students
(6 trial students - student representatives) did all the talking and were
really serious about trying to convince management. eg they mentioned
that our Central Idea at the moment is focussing on our responsibility
towards the rainforests and how we can help...so they continued to say
that if our school is serious about helping our environment then we need
to put our actions into words and start working digitally, not with paper.
For year 4 Indonesian students that was really powerful. They also emphasised
how this project was very student-centred and they learnt lots from each
other as a team...teachers were just facilitators in trouble shooting. |

| | | Teacher, Melbourne | | For some time our College
had been looking for a simple method of allowing students to create their
portfolios digitally. We started trialling FolioMaker in 2004. We purchased 75
licenses in 2005 and for 2006 we have increased that to 838 licenses. We are
looking at purchasing a 3 campus site license for 2007.
We have watched FolioMaker grow over the
last 2 years and we have been very impressed with the way Folios International
have worked with us to satisfy our specific requirements. As well as customising
the software, Folios International has also been able to help us
setup our own local update server to manage any future software updates.
I personally would have no hesitation
recommending this companies’ services.

| | | Allan Garbutt - Yarra Valley Grammar, Melbourne | | Thank you for the prompt service.
I have just conducted a round of parent teacher interviews and was able
to show parents the work of their children on Foliomaker.
They were most impressed.
I have installed the new version and I am really pleased with it. The
colours, format and school logo make it look very professional.
It installed without a problem and picked up all of my existing work
so I was really pleased with that. |

| | | Paul Schkade - McGraw IB World School, USA | | The 5th grade class that trialed FolioMaker at our school last Spring,
loved it and plans to purchase the updated version this year. The parents
also thought it was terrific! I am trying to interest other classes in
using Foliomaker and plan on placing an order for the new version when
I know how many students will be using it this school year. |
