Successful implementation of any management software needs comprehensive support. InquirySys support addresses two vital requirements: support for usage issues and technical support.
While we offer training by specialists, our support team will answer any
queries regarding usage of the system by email, fax or phone. Help documents
regarding usage are also available for reference for all users. Generation
of help documentation may take some time after customised implementation.
Technical support is provided from our development centre by monitoring server load and data security. Bugs may be reported directly to our technical support team and a quick response is assured. Most updates, patches and bug fixes can be done from remote location (i.e. Development centre). Unscheduled on site support is an option only if there are major system failures and is covered by our warranty agreement.
